Who doesn’t love meatballs?!?! They make a great finger food or serve them up with mashed potatoes for dinner. I found this easy recipe in the newspaper. Brands do not matter, I have tried them all!
Meatballs
1 bag of frozen, pre-cooked meatballs (approx 60, give or take a few) 1 jar of chili sauce 1 can cranberry sauce – jellied or whole berryPut meatballs in crockpot and cover with chili sauce and cranberry sauce. Cook on high for 4 hrs.
*If you want more sauce for mashed potatoes or rice, double the chili sauce & cranberry sauce.
It doesn’t get any easier than this! Throw these in the crockpot before you leave for work (cook on low) and you will have a hot meal waiting for you when you get home!
