Veg-All Casserole

My sister made this last Thanksgiving and it was a big hit!  Extrememly easy to fix and a great way to get some veggies too! 

Veg-All Casserole                                                                                                                                                                               Compliments of my sister, Abby.

2 cans  Veg-All 
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
 1/2 C. Sour Cream 
1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed
 1 stick Butter

Mix first 4 ingredients together and put in a greased casserole dish.  Combine ritz crackers and butter, put on top of veggie mixture.  Bake @ 350 for 30 min.
