Ranch Chicken

This recipe is for Beth!  Beth asked for some easy chicken recipes so I’m going to start with Ranch Chicken.  My husband really enjoys this chicken.  It’s super easy, very moist, and taste yummy!

Almost forgot to mention, this recipe comes from my sister, Abby (and our friend, Amy!)  🙂

Ranch Chicken

Chicken breasts – as many as you want, I usually use 3.
Ranch dressing
Pepperidge Farm, herbed stuffing mix

Marinate chicken breast in ranch dressing, preferably overnight.  Roll chicken in dry stuffing mix.  Cover dish with aluminum foil.  Bake at 350 for 30 min.  Remove foil and cook 25 min.
