This dip is a favorite! I took it to a local event this past weekend and it received rave reviews. If you are looking for a simple dish to take to a get-together this holiday season, this is the perfect recipe!
This recipe is compliments of my good friend, Marinda.
Corn Dip
2 cans Shoepeg corn, drained
1 pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1 C. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
Onion & Green Pepper (optional – as much as you want)
1 jar Pimentos, drained
8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mix all ingredients together. I like to heat mine for a minute or two, it makes it a little softer.
Serve with chips!
